Of intense cardio, to only my limitations. I have an injured knee from last weeks heavy weights during lunges. It was almost 12kgs of weight bearing 6kg on each side.
Did butt kicks, hi knee jog, staf jumps, skaters, lunge jumps, criss cross jumps, squat jumps. All these done in aches. Have very bad muscles now
Strengthening
Kettlebell squats, one armed, chest press, tricep dip n kick?, push ups (tht was really hard), tummy tucks, sit ups.
